The table above lists all 33 possible strengths appearing in the StrengthsFinder assessment. They are categorized by four aspects that relate to how activities are done.  For example, strengths in the Relationship aspect are useful to have for positions requiring someone to build and manintain relationships. By color-coding the strengths of four employees, it is easy to see how their strengths in all four categories are represented. This particular configuration provides a team best able to tackle projects that require moderate effort in all four aspects.
